Upon recommendation from a waitress at a random waffle house a week or so back I made my way solo on a Tuesday night in search of kareoke to The Deuce. A calm and clean place, I was pleasantly surprised as I walked in to find a dimly lit spacious "hometown-esqe" bar with a modest crowd of what I ventured to be regulars, either playing darts or busy playing pool. The drink were decently priced and cold, and soon enough liquid courage fueled my confidence and I was next in line for a song. The surge of singers and the crowd were kind enough to applaud and hoot'n'holler after each brave singer and only cringed in secret as I missed notes and sounded like a cat yowling on a fence attempting songs beyond my basic range. Nobody's ears bled so I'm thankful for that. The song list is extensive and the singers in que with me all excelled, keeping the overall vibe most frickin awesome! I will definitely return.
The drinks are well made. The people are nice and a lot of fun. Great place for karaoke.
Absolutely amazing place to hang out and do karaoke. For starters it was very welcoming and drinks are reasonably priced. Lori the bartender is amazing and full spirited, the singers were freaking amazing and enjoyed every minute from walking in to leaving the establishment, talked to a couple of locals and they were super friendly. I was also honored to meet the owner Kenny who is probably one of the best DJ/owner duos I’ve seen in a very long time I definitely can’t wait to visit again it’s not too big nor too crowded but from what I was told it does get pretty crowded but it is definitely worth the drive. Keep up the great work guys and see you soon
We are from Ohio and found this bar...best stop ever!! Customers were awesome and friendly..bartender freaking fabulous...Thanks Lori..made new friends..I'll miss this place when we go home Monday, we'll be back someday
Was there a year ago mid April...what a great time and service...went friday night and came back Saturday... and was already on first name bases!!! We are coming back again the beginning of April for sure!!!
Went for a late night beer after Louder Than Life 23 and really enjoyed the place. This Deuce had friendly staff, great beer prices and the karaoke was kickin. I would highly recommend The Deuce.
Awesome bar! Great karaoke system! The only down side to this place is that there is only one pool table. But the players there are VERY good about a rotation. Seriously great bar.
Ice cold beer! Staff and patrons are friendly. This is a great after work stop to chill. Pool tables, dart boards, and bean-bag toss. Inside and outside seating.
